Our case for each of these cameras is solid leather
and a shade larger than the actual camera. It is a "hard" case with smooth
rounded corners. Both cases are based on the same design, only larger or smaller depending
on the camera. These are beautifully designed items and are nothing like the camera
manufacture’s soft collapsible pouch. One customer described the fit "…like
a piston sliding into a cylinder". The leather is black and made from excellent
quality hide. The lining is a soft charcoal gray Ultra suede. The camera sits snug in the
case. The strap can hang out of the side in the space between created by the curvature the
flap when it is closed. To access the camera you pull a leather strap which is on the
inside flap and that in turn slides the camera up. The system is quite clever, yet simple.
A sturdy belt clip is fastened to the back of the case. If you choose not to have the belt
clip, please specify that in your order. A Velcro flap is used to keep the case closed. It
is a unique case and is an ideal companion for a camera as distinctive as each of these
cameras are. |
